THE ADVANTAGES

The advantages!!
Hello kids!!

You already know about the atmosphere stuff right?? But what does the atmosphere really do? what are the advantages of having atmosphere in our earth? So the atmosphere reduce the heat from the uv rays (ultraviolet) if there is no atmosphere, all the heat from the sun will come in and burn all the things inside the earth and the earth itself. Because of the atmosphere, living things like human, plants and animals can get the sunlight heat without being burned. Human can use it for many things. The plants can use the heat for photosintesis. And animals can also use it safely. Other than that, the atmosphere can also destroy meteors and other things that falls into earth. But, if the meteor is to big, it can still reach the earth surface.
That’s it kids!! The atmosphere is really important So we need to protect it okey?!!

PHYSICAL PROCCESS

THE PHYSICAL PROCCESS
There are some physical process that happen in the atmosphere. The first one is the SOLAR RADIATION. Actually, there are 3 ways a heat can transfered. The first one is radiation, it is when a heat from and object transfered through space. This one is  the one that cause the solar radiation. the second way is convection. Covection is when the heat transfered from the air. The last way is the conduction. Conduction is when the heat transfered through another object. So, Solar radiation is a process when the sunlight or ultraviolet, came to earth and pass through atmosphere. The heat from the ultraviolet is decreased and eliminated because of the atmosphere. So the remaining heat from the ultraviolet pass the atmosphere and get in the earth. This heat is the one that we can found every day. Because of the atmosphere, we can get the sun heat without being burned because if there is no atmosphere all the heat from the ultraviolet will came and the earth will be burned. BUT WHY DOES THE EARTH GETTING HOT? the earth is become hotter than before. This is happening because of the  green house effect. WHAT? THERE IS A HOUSE IN THE SPACE?!! NO.  The green house effect is when the heat from the ultraviolet trapped in our atmosphere. This thing is happe because of gases from polution such as carbon dioxide. We produce the carbon dioxide. WHAT?!! WHEN??! The carbon dioxide produced when we rive our cars, motorcycles and those kind of stuff. The carbon dioxide also produced because of air polution from factories.  So yeah, the one that keeps our surface warm is the ultraviolet sunlight. The picture below shows this process.

The second process is the water cycle proccess. The water cycle proccess is proccess of water movement. So this proccess when water changes from water to water again. DID YOU GET IT?? I WILL EXPLAIN. So the first proccess is evaporation and transpiration. Evaporation is when water from sea or lake evaporated because of the heat from the sun. Transpiration is when water from the plants become a water vapor because of the heat from the sun. After this proccess, the water vapor changed into a cloud. This proccess called the condentation. After the cloud created, the water vapor keep increasing until the cloud become full of water. If the cloud is too full, it will create a proccess called the precipation also known as rain. So the water from the precipation goes to the lake or the sea and then evaporate again until the cycle starts again.
Here is the picture:

That’s it kids! Have fun!!

THE ALTITUDE AND THE AIR PRESSURE

hello kids!!!

you already know what altitude is right?? if you still don't know, the altitude is the height of an object from ground level. have you been fly with an airplane? does ear hurts? well that is because the air pressure is getting low. the higher you go the lower will the air pressure be. this is happening because the higher you go, the thinner air will be.
as you see from the graph, the higher you go, the air pressure will go lower.  that's it! know you have know why your ears getting hurt and you know the relationship between air pressure and altitude.

THE LAYERS

As you know from the last post, the atmosphere layers are Troposphere, Stratosphere, Mesosphere, Thermosphere and Exosphere.

What is Troposphere? like i said before, troposphere is the lowest layer of the earth's atmosphere. The troposphere contain water vapor. The altitude of the troposphere is 20km. wait..WHAT IS ALTITUDE? altitude is the height of something above the earth surface. so the height of troposphere from the earth surface is 20 kilometers. The temperature of troposphere is 15°C but it can decrease until -55°C.

fun fact: 80% of the atmosphere mass is in the troposphere

The second layer, STRATOSPHERE. the stratosphere contains ozone which reduce the heat of ultraviolet rays*. the temperature of this layer is -3°C. the altitude or the distance of this layer is 50 kilometers.

*ultraviolet ray is a ray from the sun that gives the earth heat. ultraviolet is really hot but because of the atmosphere, the temperature of ultraviolet decrease.

the third layer is the mesosphere. the temperature of this layer is -143°C. the distance of this layer is 85 Kilometers. this layer is the one that holds meteors. each year, millions of meteors come to earth but, it is destroyed by the mesosphere.

the fourth layer is Thermosphere. the thermosphere is really hot. the temperature is 2500°C. the altitude is 600 kilometers.

yeay the last layer! okey so the last layer is the exosphere. the altitude of this layer is 1000 kilometers. this layer is the one with earth's satellites so you can watch your TV.

and that's it! NOW YOU HAVE KNOW ALL OF THE LAYERS. HAVE FUN!!

What is atmosphere?

Hello kids!!

so the atmosphere is the layers of gases that covers the earth. The atmosphere is the one that reduce the radiation from sun light. If there is no atmosphere, the earth will be burned. So the atmosphere consist of 5 layers which is troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere, and exosphere. you can see the picture below for the order:
